Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (MST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (MST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday (holiday extensions apply).
How long is the product shipping time?
USPS First-class: 3 to 7 business days.

If the processing time exceeds 10 days without special instructions, you may either request an immediate refund or choose to reschedule your order.
What if the package is lost in transit?
The merchant is not responsible for parcels lost in transit. If you cannot track your parcel on the official website or if the status shows as lost, please contact customer service with your order number. We will then liaise with the logistics company for resolution.
